These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Reddit Sniper (the "Service"), operated by the owner of this website ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service description

Reddit Sniper is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) tool that monitors public Reddit content via RSS feeds and surfaces posts based on user-defined keywords and subreddits. We are not affiliated with Reddit, Inc. The Service does not bypass Reddit's technical or legal restrictions and only works with publicly available content.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, safeguarding access tokens and passwords, and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to harass, spam, or abuse individuals or communities.
• Automate or trigger behavior that violates Reddit's terms of use or any applicable law.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, interfere with, or overload our infrastructure.
• Share your account or use the Service in a way that circumvents tier limits, rate limits, or usage caps.

4. Plans, billing, and refunds

Paid plans (including lifetime deals, if offered) are billed via third-party payment processors such as Razorpay. By subscribing or purchasing, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your selected payment method. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Intellectual property

We retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all software, designs, logos, and content we provide. You retain ownership of your own data and configuration within the Service.

6. Third-party services

The Service integrates with third-party services such as Supabase, Resend, and Reddit. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party service.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that alerts will be timely, error-free, or uninterrupted, or that using the Service will produce any specific business results.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or are using the Service in a harmful way. You may stop using the Service at any time.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice by updating the "Last updated" date or by other appropriate means. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
